This irrepressible devil in me
It says change is constant honey
Everything is transient as can be.
Late into the night it startles me
Deep inside it baffles me
I very much loved that oak tree
Now a creeper adds to its beauty
Life is such.. says the voice inside me
How can you not such beauty see
All things dull and fade you see
Then why are you scared of me?
It continues... It is your life my buddy
For that you must rediscover thee
While my mind strongly cautions me
My heart acts in total mutiny
How did this demon besiege me
Why is it working in total glee
Is it plain for everyone to see?
